1A. Design-partner roles and categories

On a Professional design-partner matter the participating firm is the customer. The applicant is invited by the firm. Witnesses are invited by the applicant under firm guidance. ASN is a technology and administrative workflow provider. ASN is not a law firm and does not represent the firm, applicant, or witness.

Categories may include identifiers and contact details, account credentials, case-setup information, witness-request metadata, structured first-hand answers supplied by a witness, clarification and version events, attorney approval records, technical logs, and purpose-bound support-access records. Government ID is not requested in this validation. AI assistance is off. Stripe and Dropbox are not used for this Professional validation. Hosting is on Vercel. Database hosting is on Neon. Email uses Zoho. Vercel Blob is used only if a workflow actually stores a file.

Purposes: operate the firm-controlled workflow; keep a preparation and approval history; provide technical support; measure whether the workflow is useful using counts and pseudonymous identifiers where possible. ASN does not sell this information and does not use it for advertising. ASN does not use participant content to train public AI models.

Eugene Lukyanenko may access a Professional matter only for a documented technical or operational purpose, through the purpose-bound support workflow, after a support-access record is saved. Failure to record access denies the lookup. Support does not include hidden statement editing or copying real data to local, Preview, or Staging.

After Written Matter Closeout, the active-hosting period is 30 calendar days. A legal hold pauses deletion. Deletion is manual. ASN does not claim automatic deletion or that backups are purged immediately. Backup configuration is not independently verified on this page. ASN does not claim verified DPAs, fixed processing regions, zero-data-retention AI settings, or a statutory incident SLA.

The process record can help reconstruct and explain how a statement was prepared. It does not prove truth, identity, authorship, credibility, voluntariness, absence of coaching, privilege, legal sufficiency, filing readiness, or outcome.

1. Information we may process

Depending on how you interact with ASN, we may process account or contact details you provide, case and supporting-statement materials submitted through participating workflows, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service (for example request metadata handled by hosting infrastructure).

Public informational pages do not offer public invitation sending, public payment checkout, or public notary/provider workflows. If a participating firm later enables operational features under a separate agreement, additional processing notices may apply.

2. Cookies and local storage

ASN shows a cookie consent banner on first visit. Your preference is stored in the browser (localStorage key cookie-consent) and may also be mirrored in a first-party cookie with the same name so the preference can be remembered.

• Necessary / functional: remember consent and support basic site use (including signed-in sessions where you have an account).
• Analytics preference: the banner records whether you allow analytics preferences. ASN does not currently load third-party advertising trackers on public informational layouts. Internal product analytics events may be recorded in operational/authenticated workflows for product improvement and safety—not as an advertising network.

You can clear site data in your browser to reset consent. Choosing “Necessary Only” stores a preference that declines optional analytics categories in the consent record.

3. Research outreach links and responses

ASN may send a participating professional a unique, random campaign link for the current BFM research page at /professional. The public URL contains no name, firm name, or email address.

• ASN stores a keyed digest of the link token in application records, not the raw token.
• Opening a research link uses a single token-bearing request that redirects to the clean campaign page without the token in the address bar. The initial tracked URL may still appear once in hosting or CDN access logs; ASN does not intentionally store or re-log the raw token in application records.
• A request for the link may be made by a human or by an automated email-security scanner. Such a request is recorded only as an unverified link hit and is not treated as proof of engagement.
• Optional first-party interaction analytics (for example page engagement or mailto clicks) are recorded only under the applicable consent choice, Global Privacy Control, or Do Not Track signal. ASN does not use email-open pixels or advertising trackers for this pilot.
• Explicit A/B/C answers, optional call-interest choices, and opt-out submissions are stored because the respondent chose to submit them. These submissions work even when optional analytics are declined.
• Tracking records do not contain client files, affidavit content, names, firm names, or email addresses.
• The ASN Pilot Team maintains any real-contact mapping separately from the application tracking records (outside this database).
• Campaign links default to expire after 120 days. Token-level events and responses are retained during the campaign and may be deleted with an operator cleanup tool up to 90 days after a campaign is closed. Aggregate campaign counts may remain after token-level deletion. Cleanup is operator-run; ASN does not claim a fully automatic deletion scheduler on this page.

3a. Professional outreach (Wave 1)

ASN may send a separately addressed professional invitation from pilot@affidavitsupport.net. Each invitation can include a first-party recipient-specific link and a first-party open-signal pixel. ASN does not use advertising trackers and does not sell outreach data.

• A unique random link redirects once to the public Professional page. The address bar after redirect does not keep the token. A request for that link is recorded as an unverified link hit and may be a person, a preview system, or a security scanner.
• An open signal means a mail client requested the pixel. It is labeled “Open signal — unverified.” It does not prove that anyone read the email, which person saw it, or that the firm is engaged. Proxy and scanner requests are common.
• Page engagement is recorded only after real interaction on the Professional page under the same consent, Global Privacy Control, and Do Not Track rules as other first-party analytics. A link hit is not treated as human engagement.
• Replies and confirmed opt-outs are stored as outreach history so ASN can stop follow-up. Opt-out requires an explicit confirmation; simply fetching the opt-out URL does not suppress the contact.

4. Payments

The Professional design-partner validation is no-charge. It is limited to five witness-request slots active or completed at one time, or 30 calendar days from the first successful real applicant invitation, whichever occurs first. Public informational pages do not present billing or deposit checkout. Stripe is not used for this Professional validation tranche.

5. Retention and rights

Retention depends on account type, legal obligations, and operational needs for participating workflows. ASN does not claim a single fixed public retention period on this page beyond what is required to operate pilot/participant systems securely.
