ASN runs applicant-led witness requests under firm guidance—from first-hand answers through clarification and exact-version attorney approval to export. The attorney decides whether and how to use the statement.
ASN is in a supervised pilot with invited law offices. Workflow availability is shown in the portfolio. ASN is not an open public preparation, sending, payment, or notarization service, and firms do not self-serve an uncontrolled attorney account.
How it works
Firm → applicant → witness → review and clarification → attorney exact-version approval → export.
Step 1
The firm invites the applicant
A participating office selects a supported matter and invites the applicant with instructions for coordinating witness requests.
Step 2
The applicant sets up the case and invites witnesses
The invited applicant creates an ASN account, completes case setup, and invites selected witnesses. The applicant does not write the witness’s statement.
Step 3
Each witness supplies first-hand facts
Witnesses use a personal secure link (no ASN account). They answer in their own words. ASN structures those facts without adding new circumstances.
Step 4
The firm reviews and may request clarification
Firm staff or counsel reviews the assembled statement and may request specific factual clarification instead of restarting intake.
Step 5
The attorney approves one exact version
The attorney approves one exact version. Later textual changes require another review and approval.
Step 6
The firm selects export and decides use
The firm selects an export and decides whether and how to use it. Signature, notarization, filing, and legal strategy remain with the firm. Declaration is the primary active document path in this pilot.

Scope and availability
No complaints, allegations, wrongdoing reports, truth verification, legal advice, or filing decisions.
- Supervised pilot for one participating firm at a time, with Product Owner support
- Workflow availability as listed in the portfolio (not every workflow is equally exercised in every matter)
- Existing participant sign-in where an account already exists
- No public self-service invitation sending
- No public billing, card, subscription, accrued balance, or retroactive invoice for the design-partner validation
- No public notarization or e-sign provider workflow; declaration is the primary active document path
- No attorney directory or referral marketplace

- Truth verification or fact-finding investigations
- Legal advice, legal sufficiency determinations, or filing decisions
- Outcome prediction
What ASN does not decide
- Whether a supporting statement is needed for a matter
- Whether an author’s statement is truthful
- Whether material is legally sufficient
- Whether or how counsel files or uses any statement
- Any immigration outcome
