How ASN is designed to work when live sending opens

Pre-launch draft creation does not begin billing. The numbers below illustrate the modeled live-service rates (outreach reserves, convenience fees, notary placeholders) whenever paid sending resumes; they always require your explicit decisions after notices land in email.

If a recommender clearly refuses to participate, behaves abusively or is obviously trolling, we refund the amount you actually paid minus $12.00 (which covers our outreach and screening work). For example, if you paid $23.00, we refund $11.00.
Reserved per recommender

If a witness doesn't respond or doesn't complete notarization, any unused notary amounts reserved for them are refunded to you.
If a witness explicitly refuses, is abusive, or is clearly trolling, we also refund the amount you actually paid minus $12.00 (which covers our outreach and screening work). For example, if you paid $23.00, we refund $11.00.
